How do I get a Promotional Products Quote?
Getting a Promotional Products quote is easy!
The PromoDepot website has been developed to be your Promotional Products portal, and is constantly being refined to make your experience as "smooth" as possible.
Each product on the PromoDepot website displays appropriate decoration methods to be selected and also required quantity fields to be filled in. There are 3 quantity fields available so you can request a range of amounts to suit your needs. (In the event the quantity entered is below the minimum production quantity, the website will notify you via a pop up window)
Simply indicate your preferences, and click the grey "Add to quote" button at the bottom left hand corner of the product screen. This places the specific item into a quote cart, and a Yellow box appears to enable you to finalise your request.
You can add as many products into your request as required.
Once you have added all items to be qouted into your cart, click on "View Details" in the Yellow box.
Two tabs will appear -
View Quote Details - Will show you all items in your cart, and give you a chance to review and change your request as needed.
Finalise Quote request - Will summarise your request and provide a Contact details form to be filled in.
In the event you are after a Promotional Product that is not listed on our website, simply detail the item required in the "Additional requirements" field on the contact form.
All done? - Click the grey "Send request" Button at the bottom of the Contact form. This will send an copy of your quote request to your supplied email address, and also notify PromoDepot that your request has been submitted.
Once your Promotional Products proposal has been prepared by the PromoDepot team, you will receive a "link" email that will take you to your quote in your Members area. The first page of the proposal is a Summary of items requested. Click on "View Full Quote" to see all details including Setup costs and production Lead times. - The "Link" email can forwarded to colleagues for their review, and the product pages can also be printed as needed. (In the event the "link" email doesn't arrive in your Inbox, you can check on your quote status by logging in to the PromoDepot site and checking "Your Qoutes" in your members area)
To express further interest, or order a particular item, simply click on the grey "Contact me about this quote" button in the item window.
The first time you "register" your details by submitting a quote request, your Members Profile will be created by the PromoDepot system and your Login details will be provided to you on your initial quote request copy email. - on Subsequent visits simply login with these details to avoid re-entering your details again.
There are many tools available in your Members area apart from viewing your proposal history. This includes updating your contact details, artwork requirements, order forms etc...
